Ever since we built our first electric-gas automobile (The Galt Car) in 1908, the wheels have always been turning at Fleming Gray.  That unique automobile was the brainchild of Eddy Fleming, new car dealer and enterpreneur.  He had a knack for finding new ways to stay ahead of the competition.

When World War II put his car dealership on hold, he converted his service garage into a precision machining shop.  In 1946, he designed and developed skate sharpening and paint shaking equipment and business took off.  When he sold his business to his son-in-law, David Gray, in 1963, the company focused their product lines, streamlined their equipment and the rest, as they say, is history.

That original thinking continues to fuel our skate sharpening and paint shaking equipment today.  We are constantly on the look-out for innovative technology to keep our equipment at the leading edge of our industry.
